Orders & Payments
All orders require 50% advance payment via bank transfer to be confirmed
Production begins only after payment is received
As products are custom-made, order modifications may not be possible once production has started
Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within approximately 2 months from confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary due to material availability, production schedules, or logistics.
Returns & Refunds
Products are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered
