All orders are delivered within approximately 2 months from the date the order is confirmed. This timeframe allows us to carefully source wood, craft each piece, and complete finishing to our quality standards.
- Order Processing
Once your order is placed and the advance payment is received, production begins immediately. Delivery timelines are communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation.
Payment Policy
To initiate an order, we require 50% advance payment via bank transfer.

Returns & Exchanges
As all Khaas Lakri products are custom-made and handcrafted, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered and received.
Damage Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your product arrives with any damage:
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product

Our team will assess the issue and arrange a resolution where applicable
Damage claims reported after 7 days of delivery may not be entertained.
